The way that works...

DNsoft.be gives the possibility to use a module called Info Panel in some of our freeware
to advertise/promote a Website, a product...
Info Panel is actually available in (See Note #3):
- nDVD

Note #1: The advertising message is cyclical and based on durations in seconds.
(For instance: You chose a 5 seconds message and there's a total of 6 other messages of 5 seconds too,
your message will be displayed over and over during 5 seconds every 30 seconds)
Note #2: Your advertising message will be automatically displayed in all our application using the Info Panel
Note #3: The list of application including the Info Panel is not final and will increase in the future.

The available licenses...

A Non-Commercial License (#1) for websites who do not receive any revenue as a result of their website
and a Commercial License (#2) for revenue-producing websites.

For purposes of determining whether you are Commercial or Non-Commercial,
sources of revenue include, but are not limited to:

Sales, licensing fees, revenue from advertising,
links, or e-commerce on a web site that provides a link to a Commercial website.

(#1) Non-commercials License:
These 2 options are for Non-Commercial websites promotions only.

N-CL#1: Simple Free Promotion (After acceptation)
10 seconds (or twice 5 seconds) message display
No text modification allowed

N-CL#2: Free promotion with links exchange (After acceptation)
15 seconds (or 3 times 5 seconds) message display
1 text modification allowed per year

Note that we may instantly and without warning break a Non-Commercial license
if the promoted website changes category.
